“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” - Anaïs Nin
My Clients
I’m a good fit for clients who appreciate warmth, insight, and a thoughtful pace. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who seek clarity, self-understanding, and relief from old patterns that no longer fit. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship struggles, self-esteem challenges, or major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with deep thinkers who appreciate a warm, steady, insight-oriented approach.
My Approach
I bring a warm, thoughtful presence and a deep respect for your inner experience. I’m an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, expressive arts therapy, and depth-oriented work. My background includes providing crisis stabilization support as well as long-term therapy with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I draw from trauma-informed and attachment-based perspectives to help clients understand their patterns, heal what feels unresolved, and move toward greater clarity, self-esteem, and self-compassion. My approach is steady, collaborative, and attuned to the complexity of each person’s inner world. I tailor our work to your needs, supporting people through life transitions, identity shifts, and the deeper questions that arise when old ways of being no longer serve. I integrate evidence-based methods with a grounded, relational presence to support meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I care about the stories we carry and how they shape our identity, relationships, and self-worth. I believe therapy works best when it offers a steady, thoughtful relationship with someone who’s genuinely interested in your inner world—not just what you show others, but the parts that feel confused, protective, or unheard. My hope is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, where you can bring your full humanity without fear of judgment. My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally responsive. I’m drawn to clients exploring identity, self-esteem, life transitions, and the deeper questions that arise when old patterns no longer feel like home. I believe in nuance, compassion, and going at a pace that feels right for you. Healing and clarity emerge when we explore your experience with care and genuine curiosity.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and my hope is to offer a warm, steady place to bring whatever feels confusing or tender. You don’t need perfect words to begin. If something here resonates, I’d be glad to connect and see whether we might be a good fit for what you’re hoping for with therapy.
My Rates
I offer private-pay therapy at $170 per individual session and $190 per couples session. I know that therapy is a real investment, and I want it to feel accessible to you. Sliding scale availability is something we can talk about during our consultation — don't hesitate to ask.
While I don't accept insurance directly, I'm happy to provide a superbill after each session. A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I'd encourage you to check with your provider about your out-of-network benefits before your first session.
