My Clients

I work with adults, teens, children, and couples who are navigating life transitions, processing difficult experiences, or simply looking for a space to better understand themselves. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsettled — from their bodies, their relationships, or their sense of self. Whether you're working through trauma, managing anxiety, navigating a major life change, or seeking deeper self-awareness, I'm here to meet you where you are.

I'm drawn to the deeper work — not just managing symptoms, but getting to the root of your experiences and building a deeper understanding of yourself. I believe that lasting change happens when we go beyond the surface and explore the patterns, experiences, and parts of ourselves that shape how we move through the world. Through parts work, we can get to know the different aspects of who you are with curiosity and compassion — understanding how each part is trying to protect you and gently making space for healing from within. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally inclusive, and I am deeply committed to honoring each client's unique identity, background, and lived experience. Everyone deserves a therapeutic space where they feel seen, safe, and truly welcome.

My Approach

I take an embodied, holistic approach to therapy — one that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotion. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy to help clients process what talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach. EMDR is a powerful tool that helps the brain reprocess difficult or traumatic memories, reducing the emotional charge they carry so they no longer feel as overwhelming or intrusive. Combined with parts work and somatic awareness, it allows us to address healing on multiple levels — mind, body, and nervous system.

I believe that healing isn't just about understanding our stories — it's about building a relationship with our bodies and learning to trust ourselves again. Not everyone feels at home in their body, and that's okay. Part of our work together is gently creating space to reconnect with what your body is telling you, at a pace that feels right for you. My work is collaborative and grounded in compassion. Together, we'll explore what's showing up for you, building toward lasting change from the inside out.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe deeply that everyone has their own unique path to finding balance and healing — and this philosophy extends to how I've built our collective. Creating spaces where people feel truly seen and welcomed isn't just part of my clinical work — it's a core value I carry into every aspect of my life. Community and inclusivity matter to me, both in and out of the therapy room. I believe that healing doesn't happen in isolation, and that we all do better when we feel a genuine sense of belonging. It's why I've built a practice rooted in cultural humility, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and the belief that quality mental health support should reflect the diverse communities we serve.

As clinical director and founder of SF Psychotherapy & Wellness Collective, it's an honor to walk alongside both clients and clinicians in this meaningful work.

Outside of the therapy room, I'm a parent, a dog lover, and someone who finds grounding in the same practices I value in my work — moving my body through hiking and yoga, and staying curious through reading. These parts of my life remind me of what I hope to help my clients find: presence, connection, and joy in the everyday.

My Rates

I offer private-pay therapy at $275 per individual session and $330 per couples session. Therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself, and I want it to feel accessible. If cost is a concern, sliding scale options are available — this is something we can discuss openly during your consultation.

While I don't accept insurance directly, I provide superbills after each session — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I'd recommend reaching out to your provider before your first session to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.
