SF Psychotherapy & Wellness Collective is proud to offer The Space Between, an evening of mindfulness and intuitive healing.
In the tender threshold between winter and spring, the days stretch toward balance. This is the season of the in-between, when something within us stirs awake.
We invite you to gather in community for an evening of stillness, reconnecting with your breath and gentle exploration. Together, we'll turn toward the spaces within that are ready to be witnessed—not to fix, but to feel. Not to rush, but to rest.
We're excited to partner with Christine Lu Singh (she/her), Breathwork coach and Intuitive guide, for this special evening. Together with Elizabeth Miller (she/her), LPCC, somatic therapist, they will lead you through somatic meditation, gentle breathwork, intuitive healing practices including a reiki-infused sound healing journey designed to soften the edges and invite you back home to yourself.
There is something that happens when we heal in the presence of others—a quiet alchemy, a remembering that we were never meant to do this alone.

An 8-week expressive therapy group for ages 12–14
Big emotions, social pressure, and the feeling that no one really gets it—it can be a lot to carry alone.
This small, supportive group gives teens a space to explore what's happening inside through art, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Guided by Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts, teens learn to relate to their different "parts"—the anxious part, the angry part, the part that wants to hide—with curiosity instead of judgment.
Art and body-based approaches offer a way in when words aren't enough, helping teens access emotions that might feel stuck or overwhelming. And there's something uniquely powerful about healing alongside peers who truly get it—group members often discover they're not as alone as they thought.
