Associate Therapists (AMFTs, APCCs, ASWs)

We're seeking associate-level clinicians who are working toward licensure and eager to deepen their clinical skills in a supportive, supervision-rich environment. This is an ideal fit if you're passionate about experiential and body-based modalities and want mentorship that goes beyond checking boxes for hours.

What we're looking for:

  • Active registration with the California BBS as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW

  • A genuine interest in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, or other experiential modalities

  • Comfort working with diverse populations across the lifespan

  • A commitment to anti-oppressive, culturally responsive practice

  • Availability for a minimum of 15–20 client hours per week

  • Reliability, warmth, and a collaborative spirit

Licensed Therapists (LMFTs,LPCCs,LCSWs)

We're also looking for licensed clinicians who want to join a values-aligned group practice while maintaining autonomy over their clinical work. If you're drawn to working alongside like-minded colleagues in a setting that prioritizes depth, embodiment, and holistic care, we'd love to connect.

What we're looking for:

  • Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)

  • Specialization or strong interest in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, or related modalities

  • Experience working with adults, couples, children, or adolescents

  • Looking to Supervise or support with community Outreach

  • Alignment with our practice values of inclusivity, social justice, and whole-person care

  • Availability for a minimum of 10–15 client hours per week

  • A warm, grounded clinical presence

What We Offer

A practice that invests in you. We believe that clinicians do their best work when they feel held, supported, and valued. Here's what that looks like at SF Psychotherapy & Wellness Collective:

  • Competitive compensation with a 60/40 fee split favoring clinicians

  • Weekly individual and group clinical supervision with our Clinical Director, Elizabeth (LPCC)

  • A private-pay model that allows you to focus on deep, meaningful clinical work without the constraints of insurance panels

  • Referral support to help you build and maintain a full caseload

  • A warm, collegial team culture grounded in mutual respect, curiosity, and shared learning

  • Professional development support including consultation on specialty modalities like EMDR, IFS, and somatic approaches

  • Flexibility in scheduling and the option for telehealth or in-person sessions

Who Thrives Here

Our team is made up of clinicians who are thoughtful, curious, and passionate about the work. You'll thrive at SF Psychotherapy & Wellness Collective if you:

  • Believe healing happens in the body as much as in the mind

  • Value supervision and consultation as ongoing parts of your professional growth — not just a licensure requirement

  • Want to be part of a community, not just a caseload

  • Care deeply about making therapy accessible and affirming for marginalized communities

  • Bring both clinical rigor and genuine heart to your work
