“Community rooted in collective care — for our clients, and for one another."

Elizabeth Miller LPCC

I take an embodied, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy to help clients process what talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach — addressing healing on the level of mind, body, and nervous system. I believe healing isn't just about understanding our stories, but about rebuilding a relationship with our bodies and learning to trust ourselves again. My work is collaborative and grounded in compassion, building toward lasting change from the inside out.

I believe meaningful mental health care is deeply connected to the communities and systems we're part of, and I'm passionate about strengthening those connections through outreach, relationship-building, and referral networks that make care more accessible. Within our practice, I focus on supporting our clinicians with consistency, integrity, and a culture of curiosity and collaboration — because when clinicians feel supported and connected to their purpose, the quality of care naturally strengthens. Outside of work, I stay grounded through travel, time with my dog, and movement.

My work utilizes an integrative, holistic approach that adapts to each client's unique needs, drawing on modalities including Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Somatics. I work with adults and adolescents navigating a wide range of experiences, from specific challenges to a more undefined desire for change, and I approach the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration where my client is always the expert in their own life. Grounded in care, warmth, and curiosity, I am committed to creating a practice that is affirming, safe, and accessible to everyone who walks through the door.

I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based CBT, and somatic approaches, tailoring each session to what you actually need rather than applying one framework to everyone. I'm an EMDRIA-certified clinician as well as an EMDRIA Certified Consultant. My work is warm, direct, and grounded in the belief that healing happens at the level of the whole person — not just the story you can put into words, but what your nervous system has been holding.
