My Clients
Within the practice, my work focuses on clinical supervision, consultation, and supporting the development of clinicians as they grow their skills and confidence. I also support community outreach and referral development—building relationships and identifying pathways to connect individuals and families in San Francisco to accessible, high-quality care through our practice.
My approach is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and harm reduction lens, shaped by my experience in community mental health and high-acuity care.
I’ve worked across adult systems and, more recently, with children, youth, and families—supporting individuals navigating severe mental illness, co-occurring substance use, and complex systems of care, as well as providing wraparound and early childhood and adolescent therapy. This background informs how I support clinicians in thinking flexibly, responding thoughtfully, and adapting their work to meet the realities of the settings they are in.
My style is competence-based, collaborative, and directive. I aim to create a supervisory space that is both supportive and appropriately challenging—balancing structure with curiosity and reflection. I believe strong clinicians are open-minded, curious, transparent, compassionate, and resourceful, and I work to foster these qualities while helping clinicians build practical, sustainable skills for real-world practice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful mental health care is deeply connected to the communities and systems we are part of. Within a group practice setting, I value contributing to a culture that prioritizes accessibility, inclusivity, and thoughtful, high-quality care for diverse populations.
I’m especially passionate about strengthening connections between communities and care—through outreach, relationship-building, and supporting referral networks that make it easier for individuals and families to access services that meet their needs.
My work is rooted in showing up with consistency, intention, and integrity—for both the clinicians I support and the broader communities we serve. I value being part of a team that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and continued growth, and I believe that when clinicians feel supported, challenged, and connected to their purpose, the quality of care naturally strengthens.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy staying curious and connected to the world around me—through travel, exploring different cultures, and maintaining routines that support balance and well-being. Whether it’s spending time with my dog, moving my body, or slowing down enough to be present, these practices help me bring a grounded and intentional presence into my work.
