"Come as you are, whatever that looks like today. You don't have to have it figured out."
My Clients
My clients are often adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and the particular weight of carrying too much for too long. Many of the people I work with are capable, deeply responsible individuals who sometimes don't see themselves that way. Some are visibly struggling and know it; others have been holding it together on the outside while feeling like they're falling apart inside. Many have spent years wondering why everything felt harder than it seemed to for everyone else. I also work with LGBTQIA+ adults at every stage of identity, including those carrying the longer history of surviving decades of loss, rejection, and community trauma.
Whatever brings you here, you don't need to arrive with the right words or the right amount of certainty. Showing up is enough.
My Approach
I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic approaches, tailoring each session to what you actually need rather than applying a single framework to everyone. I am an EMDRIA-certified clinician and will be fully credentialed as an EMDRIA Certified Consultant by August, 2026. This reflects my deep commitment to this modality and to supporting other clinicians in using it well.
I believe healing happens at the level of the whole person. Not just the story you can put into words, but what your nervous system has been holding, often for a very long time. My work is warm, direct, and grounded in the belief that you already have more capacity for change than you give yourself credit for.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I came to this work because I know, firsthand, what it's like to navigate real change in relationships, habits, and sense of self. That lived experience shapes how I show up in the room: not as a blank screen, but as a real person who takes your experience seriously and brings genuine investment to our work together.
I care deeply about affirming care for LGBTQIA+ communities, not as a checkbox, but as something woven into how I practice and how I live. I've spent 15+ years working within multi-disciplinary healthcare systems, including leadership roles, which means I understand the structural realities that shape people's lives.
Outside of the therapy room, I find my own balance through creativity, time in nature, and the ongoing project of building a life that feels genuinely mine, which is, ultimately, the same thing I hope to help my clients do.
I also offer clinical supervision for ASWs and AMFTs, and EMDR consultation for clinicians seeking hours toward EMDRIA certification. I supervise the way I'd want to be supervised: honest, curious, growth-oriented, and deeply respectful of what you already know.
My Rates
I offer private-pay therapy at $275 per session and have some limited openings for sliding scale needs. I’d be happy to discuss options during a free 15-minute consultation. While I don't accept insurance directly, I provide monthly superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer meaningful out-of-network mental health benefits, and I encourage you to contact your insurer to learn more.
