Elizabeth Miller

Clinical Director/Supervisor/Therapist

As Clinical Director and founder of SF Psychotherapy & Wellness Collective, I bring over a decade of experience as a Mental Health Clinician, supporting individuals across all ages and backgrounds. Our practice is grounded in an integrative holistic approach with an emphasis on bottom-up body-based modalities, recognizing that healing happens not just in the mind, but throughout the entire body.

I believe deeply that everyone has their own unique path to finding balance and healing, and this philosophy extends to how I've built our collective. In leading our team I am committed to fostering a practice culture that prioritizes trauma-informed care, cultural inclusivity, and creating LGBTQIA+ affirming spaces. Our collective represents a community of clinicians who share these core values and are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey—one where we honor the wisdom your body already holds and create space for genuine connection, growth, and transformation. It's an honor to walk alongside both clients and clinicians in this meaningful work.

Victoria Makol

Associate Clinician

When we slow down and pay attention to our inner experience, we open space for insight, compassion, and change. My style is collaborative, curious, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I work with adults, teens, children, couples, and families to explore patterns that cause distress and to strengthen connection, resilience, and self-trust.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent experiences, as well as all bodies and identities. Drawing from Internal Family Systems and depth-oriented perspectives, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges. My goal is to offer a steady, compassionate space where healing and growth can take root.
